I don't see any other variants, but he just downloaded russianfedora-release-branding.rpm by his bare hands and installed, like "might be there something useful too?". Or there is some unstatisfied deps from rpmfusion shown up, and he thought this could be the solvation for this problem... There is no way to directly install this repo from free and nonfree by package manager.
