i still dont know how DRPM compresses packages
FWIW, eight years ago I wrote up a short summary on how the deltarpm algorithm works:https://cedarandthistle.wordpress.com/2009/11/06/on-binary-delta-algorithms/

I'm trying to write ZSH completion for kdeconnect-cli. The problem is ZSH completely ignoring #compdef kdeconnect-cli. Do you have any idea why?

Yes, but with removed all patented multimedia codecs. So it completely useless.

It can for me 90% of the time - and the others i either can wait for youtube to convert to vp9 or use mpv.

yeap. /usr/share/zsh/site-functions/_kdeconnect-cli

I've done all the experiments with very simple config (just "HI" as a first argument). And I've done them simultaniously with two files /usr/share/zsh/site-functions/_kdeconnect-cli and /usr/share/zsh/site-functions/_rustc. rustc works just as expected. I guess it means that i've called zsh in a proper manner (I've even tried rebooting =] )

there is a _kernel-install file in this directory. No escaping over there. I've tried adapting its config - doesnt work =\

Interesting read. I didn't know that deltarpm is better than courgette and bsdiff in term of size
It's not necessarily better than courgette, but uses a different algorithm that doesn't have patent problems.

And bsdiff uses the same algorithm as deltarpm.

That's bsdiff the tool

Hey guys

How can I remove a installed software from a live USB?

I mean, I can't boot (again) so I was thinking of trying remove the driver I installed through the live USB...

But when I dnf list from the terminal on the live, I can't see the packages that are on my disk :c

You need to chroot into your installed system using the live system before being able to use dnf on the installed system.

Yeah! Tried with "dnf install nvidia-driver" this time... But it was not a good idea I see now hahahah

But on my last try, I entered from the rescue option on grub and removed the driver from command line, then I was able go reboot and login in with GUI again
