How to install chrome (or chromium) and steam in Fedora 24? Fedy hasn't worked yet

I hate how rpmfusion-free screwed up my upgrade process. I got mad and removed all the rpmfusion-free packages here. And vlc is the only reason I have to use that =/

Yeah before I upgrade I remove any 3rd party packages and repos and wait about a week or two after upgrade

 
I'm lucky though because most of the apps I use to work aren't rpm pkgs. just plain old tars CLion, pycharm, qt, etc...

Yeah it's a driver issue, Source engine games say I don't have S3TC support, even though I do. Never had this on Fedora 23.
