And who in his sane mind would make a Developer Linux Version just to have a million comments why you are unable to reproduce and how you sniffed too much glue for setting vi/emacs/nano as default term editor and Atom/Lighttable as Gui Editor and the latter have plugins too so you get told how large specific Assets are because "Complainers-Favourite-Addon" isnt there vy default

you can install it. gcc is not included in default install, but you can easily install it

dnf groups install development-tools
