Thnx I will see , regards to official repo you need some libs to getting works well and yes there Cpor build but for 24&25
Basically the development-tools group and i3wm given it is part of the dependencies, i3wm-gasp is build against it.

Well, guys. I think we all could agree with statement that NT kernel is proprietary software, right?
There is an Open Source OS that is based on NT design called ReactOS. www.reactos.org It is still in 'alpha' stage, but 'beta' is coming soon

Using.... None. Developing... You learn a lot.

Most of the people working on ReactOS get hired quickly by device manufacturers to make drivers

For now I suppose it will remain an impossible dream.

Use 'nvm' for easy management node version with npm
There is only one npm/node you should use - the one your Package manager offers.

Hello, I'm having some problems with H264 videos. I installed all codecs in repos but still doesn't work. When I open Gnome Software, it shows those codecs as non installed. So I click to install. It asks for approval ("this source needs to be approved...") and I do so and type my admin password. And then it says "This source is already enabled". And it's a loop, is impossible to get out of that circle of approve/not approved.

Fedora's Grub is conflicting with Manjaro's file system. I run grub-install and update-grub on my debian live cd. then, everythings back to normal, and now I can dual, triple, or even multi boot with more than 3 OS :D lol

If you are using mbr then installing Fedora at first and the other distros later is a must. Other than that, Fedora installed at the end, will not recognize the other preinstalled linux distros. Fedora will recognize Windows but not the other linux distributions. I don't know if it is a Fedora GRUB or a Fedora osprober issue.

On UEFI setup you will always need to chainload the *.efi binary to the last GRUB installed.

Yeah, probably the os-prober
The thing is Debian or Ubuntu or Mint always recognized the other OS's including Fedora, but Fedora was always unable to do it.

This happens if you are sharing the same partition for more than one distro.

This happen to the swap, as an example.

Later you need to modify the fstab to mount it again on the other distros.

If you create one swap for every os you install it later will add the previously created swaps, like 2GB for Fedora, 2GB for Debian, 2GB for Ubuntu, you will end up with 3 different swaps of to 2GB distributed into 3 differents partitions.

XD

But the system recognize then as one of 6GB.

Oh yeah. The swap fstab. But my Debian booted fine. But longer, bcoz ''a start job running blablabla''. And I just have to sync the swap UUID in fstab with the one in blkid

Really? This is the second time I hear this. Frankly I find the Fedora installer the easiest out there. No, I'm not biased, I use Debian too, I have installed other distros and the thing with the Fedora installer is that it use a quite different paradigm, which is not the sequencial and lineal one of the other linux distributions, the fedora installer is a summary, you can go and set any of the stage without worrying about how to go back to one or the other.
