I never used copr. What is it for?
COPR is a place where developers can offer their packages for software without going through the entire packaging process to get it into Fedora proper. Sometimes it's helpful for testing the software before submitting it to the Fedora repositories, sometimes people just use it to offer their software entirely and skip the packaging process (not recommended). Sometimes there's great things on there, other times, I wouldn't dare put something there on my laptop. It's kind of hit or miss because you're basically trusting the developer who is offering the software there.
