Intel public driver for Fedora few days ago and now hide them from site. Driver has malfunction.

If downgrade helped, you need to remove Intel repo from yum.repos.d in /etc. Sorry for my bad English.

I will not ask you why you need Xine at all, because AFAIK xine is deprecated a long time ago... But try to launch it from terminal, and see, if it will print some error messages.

No, no, just use your /home partition as it is without formating it.
