i have fedora 23 gnome.. 

and after some months.. i install cinnamon desktop.. 

cinnamon is perfect to me.. 

but i want uninstall gnome complete... and xfce too..

but I'm afraid to remove any file necessary for the system to work , since I downloaded the fedora with the gnome .... you can understand ?

Sudo dnf remove @gnome-desktop should do the job.

Same for xfce too

As far as I know jetpack is a plugin for wordpress. Piwik is a web analitics software that has earned better reviews than the paid version of google analitics.

Funding for free software development is one thing. Tracking is another. Google is so big... We should welcome sponsorship from wherever that comes from as long as it is not strings attached. By "Evil" I meant Google Analytics itself.

Google is a mix of good and bad. For instance no AGPL y client-server software like gmail or googledrive. Google analytics came from a open software that they bought and stoped all decelopment in order to construct a tool under their control. But then again ... So many other things are truly open

This is because this group is not used to install Fedora Workstation environment. You should use LANG=en_US.UTF-8 dnf group remove "Fedora Workstation". Notice the LANG environment variable, because groups in dnf is terrible and language-dependant. And there is not way to find it's @something name using dnf.

did you do an update, xfce would remove some packges !!

nop man.. i remove xfce now.. and while xfce removing... cinnamon show me some mensage of crash and ask me if i need background mode or something like.. and i push "NO" and my menubar bugged...
