OpenShift Origin is exciting stuff, I really wish I could be there for it.

There's a tool you can use to see what takes the most time during a boot-up. I forget what the tool is though. Maybe someone else here knows or remembers?

I know I've used that before to troubleshoot a slow boot before.

Thats a completely normal boot time then.

2,5" or 3,5"?

Then that is an exceptional boot time.

2,5" 2Tb 5,4k hdd is among the worst possible speed situations for any Task really.

Mine takes approximately around that time. But I have lemp stack enabled, so that can be optimized.

Didn't bother to turn it off ._.

To install broadcom proprietary driver you need to enable RPMFusion repositories, then install gcc, kernel-devel, kernel-headers and akmod-wl packages.

You want like what? UEFI is a kind of system firmware. It is the replacement for the old fashioned BIOS. Whichever your computer has, BIOS or UEFI, that is what you have got, you can't change it.
