Somebody posted on the fedora users mailing list that the upgrade from fedora 23 to 24 and the nouveau drivers worked out of the box.

Installing fedora 23 and upgrading might be another option to try.

I did this and when F24 booted it crashed the same as the .iso boot

even thought F23 was working

with Nouveau drivers at that

It is possible to install fedora via command line without a graphical installation environment? Same as Archlinux or debian?
I'm not sure if the cloud or server versions offer that. You'd probably have to uninstall a few server-specifc packages anyway

The server netinstall and the workstation net install provide that capability.
But why would you want thay anyway? Isn't fedora supposed to be a bit more preconfigured than f.e. arch? I mean the packages/packager isn't "that" great

I apologize in case i offended anybody

Do you have tried to install fedora with lvm on top of a luks partition that it is arranged on a raid setup?

Arch has it well documented. And it relies on command line.

Upgrading from fc22 to fc24 with KDE disable graphical login. Not sure if this happen upgrading from fc23 to fc24 since both uses sddm. fc22, IIRC, uses kdm.

Also there are rpmfusion repos:

Go to rpmfusion.org/Configuration

And scroll down to "Command Line Setup using rpm"

Copy and paste on a terminal the first option: Fedora 22 and later.
