when i have make a portion in my pc after Booting i make a recovery on it and it recovers all lost files .... from where does computere recovers the files ...?

If you put something on recycle bin on windows. Windows just mark that size as writable. But don't erase it until it needs write something

I mean when you delete files from recycle bin

And this is why rescue apps work

They can find the data if that data is not rewrited. Just are marked as a free space for the windows os
