here most people know the rule. for simplicity you approximate it to just /4, since 2000 was a leap year and computers were not expected to last 100 years at the time. about dates: it was fixed later

i had no friends in school except for a girl i never told anyone about until many years later that i became friends with in 3rd grade when she was in 6th grade. i havent seen her since 3rd grade. my parents tried forcing friendships on me and id get in trouble at school for yelling at them to get lost. i was a shy kid who liked talking to himself and being alone. something about that girl though that made me not be shy and accept her friendship request. she really came off as genuine and it didnt feel forced. i kept it a secret for many years because i didnt want people to get the wrong impression and i was shy. i didnt see her as a girlfriend but just a friend. when i was in 7th grade id drop out of school because i was tired of being around people and i let my sanity slip and started yelling threats at people because i couldnt take being around people who pushed my buttons anymore. school gave me anger issues and to this day if someone in my house is being annoying ill start yelling at them to get lost. ive got 2 very annoying siblings 2 years younger than me. im 19 now and i really wish i could figure out how to move out and get a house of my own but i dont know what job to get since many jobs would cause a lot of anger build up for me.
