SimCity 2000 has both the 3.1 and 95 versions on the same disk. Maybe there isn't a compelling reason on ReactOS to use the older one, but heck, why not :P

Because at the end, average joe don't care about whether the software is free or not. In majority, people will still use Windows.

So, if we manage to put reactos 32 bit inside reactos 64 bit, we could use a 64 bit os and CPU to run natively every windows and DOS program too! 👍

Or just use 16-bit protected mode segments for running 16-bit programs, like what WineVDM does. NTVDM doesn't work on 64-bit Windows because it implements 16-bit support using a CPU feature that's unavailable in 64-bit long mode.
