As developer, by example, ReactOS need to be able to run DDBB engines as mysql, mariadb, postgresl

So dbaware components from Lazarus could be used with these engines and not only as clients.

If these engines do not work as server in ReactOS then we are limlted to client programs connecting to other op systems as Linux.

Some ones argues that as ReactOS is in alpha state it is not safe to use them, that is true, but people could begin to test and learn at same time in no production environments.

ReactOS did run a PostgreSQL server some years ago when I tried it. Don't remember versions of either side that I used

I think it's 'cause it tries to load the in-memory modules and our MM maybe does not agree with that
