As you can read in the news now, there is a trade ban between Huawei and the USA. It is easy to see the high level of dependency here. Maybe it will hit Russia or Europe at some point and then Microsoft will not be allowed to issue licenses anymore, etc. I think you can see how important open source is and how important ReactOS is for a nice IT future (besides Linux).

I demand peace. I really miss the 90s, when the world really looked a good place to live and Russia, China, Europe, USA etc were friends.
