This is a simple form Carlos. Knowing that the common languaje is english almost you could be translated it. It give you 3 minutes....what is the finality of these questions. though I recall from MS blog posts that they spent a lot of kernel development for Windows 8.1 and 10 both to get it in a state where it was reasonable to run ELF/Linux binaries. Especially processing forking and pipes.
