In my experience, I have never seen any GUI tool which is better than CLI tools, all GUI tools seemed to be the second choice for me, I don't deby Linux may have some decent GUI tools I don't know it but seriously do u prefer yumex over dnf installation ? Uget over wget ? Whatever chrome addon over youtube-dl? Ofc there are some fields where GUI shines like designing I even use CLI for moving between directory and moving files since I'm all the time working with pip and git more than file manger, CLI was always the special thing about Linux in my perspective, always take me few lines to host project while my class mates struggling because they have to install like 3 GUI tools in windows.
Seriously, yes, I do prefer the GUI. Why would I want to open a console when Firefox is already open and has many extensions for downloading? Yumex is great and Dnfdragora is even better. I only use command line when the GUI tool is defective. I can't say that using command line is particularly special or da point of Linux. I mean... MS-DOS used command line. And Win95. And Win98. And it was annoying. Besides that, of course I understand that for Windows users is more complicated because they don't have the tools, but... why would I care? I'm not a Windows user. My first computer came with Linux and I stuck to it.

Point of Sale obviously! xd no, "Piece Of Sh.."
Ah! Now it makes more sense. TBH, I Googled POS and found your sentence even more confusing once I knew what it meant.

Windows never had a good, unified, sane system to manage anything above three servers

Oh an of course powershell still sucks to this very day

Win95 having a shitty command line was always the point why developers used linux in the end aswell as servers.
No wonder. I hadn't a computer myself (back in the moment they were very expensive) but I used my friends computers. And I hated to read long lists of command to do the stupidest things.

Even things like adding newlines in commands hello \ option 1 is easy on nix - on windows its a pain to script, read and write

Last time I used powershell or similar was like half a minute in a classroom. Hated it and want back to my laptop.

Any addon won't give u the ability to do what youtube-dl does, download a whole playlists and convert it to m4a (audio) in one command, downlaoding the video with subtitles I'm not sure about the last one tho
Well, that's something you do so Youtube-dl fits you. But it's something that I DON'T so it doesn't fit me. The nuisance of opening a terminal everytime I want to download something overcomes the features that it has (and I don't use).

But every person is entitled to use whatever he or she wants. That's the point of Linux.

Also addon will not resume the downloading if ur connection went down.
There are addons that resume the download when something goes wrong.

Ofc CLI is faster
Opening a terminal every time I need something is faster? When I already have an icon / button to click on it? Why? The button is already there and my mouse is already there. Why opening a new programme should make it faster?

Oh. Okay, I never did batxh convert of anything, so I can't tell. I do remember doing something like sticking spare pages into a single PDF document, but it's been so long that probably the tool I used doesn't exist anymore. ?

1. It contains bundled static outdated openssl library. 2. It contains bundled static ubuntu versions of lots of system libraries and even glibc. 3. Doesn't support system font settings. 4. Half-proprietary.

Just enable RPMFusion repo and run: sudo dnf install telegram-desktop

it doesn't support your system font settings because you didn't install it properly
Official half-proprietary includes bundled static fontconfig and freetype so it will not respect font settings.
