I don't know. I think instead of putting you into Grub's console right away there should be a message saying "Failed to boot an operating system. Press (something) to go into console, or go to http://whatever for possible troubleshooting"

Ohh GRUB ? well I contemporary fixed my grub problem via booting to bios menu and then start into grub, well I have the problem that the GRUB menu looks weird on boot and I can't choose something properly

To find the correct answer you need to know how to search for it. And then, you need to understand what you're reading. Fixing a booting problem it's not common knwoledge. Most people will find it as as complicated to understand as Mayan scriptures.

Not long ago I had to go back and forth to a school or some random (usually shitty) cybercafe to get online and read the answers. And I wasn't in China, I was in LATAM. I'm pretty sure many people still does it.
