If by "not working" you mean they "stand still" then that would be absolutely normal, as fedora may leave your computer with a low enough idle usage to allow them to turn off.

Unless they continue to do so when your pc is under stress

Was a big fan of the Moto G4, bought one - then found out it has a widely spread problem with shadow input due to faulty screen mount and even newer production models are still having the problem. Sure they are nice and cheap for the Price but i'd rather have something reliable with no corner-cut costs on something like basic input.

And they have middle-class phones with cpu power and screens comparable to my n4, so i'd look there and spend less for a phone that is close to the one i had (win-win for me) - if it would die tomorrow.

I don't see phones with non repleaceables batteries that often. And I live in Germany so it's not like I'm seeing ancient shit from a decade ago, as it happens in certain parts of Latin America.
