Well this maybe surprising but django do have its WordPress, http://mezzanine.jupo.org It uses the same tools which WordPress uses, still WordPress have much more tutorials and communities tho.

In Spain we have a saying. "What is cheap ends up being expensive".

This is the case with shared PHP web hosting.

I would never ever consider one of those. It's a terrible idea.
