Ya, Discord is kinda neat, but that Electron based desktop app, ewww.... Ya, Mumble for sure. Much lighter weight.

There's a lot of developer issues if you're building apps on top of it. @RheaAyase has hit most of them. ?

We need something like mumble.fedoraproject.org :3
It was something discussed once. I wouldn't mind supporting something like that.

We ruled it out at the time because Mumble wasn't packaged at the time.

Anyone know if Murmur is available in Fedora or EPEL?

Even on the most stable audio stack out there Core Audio it sometimes randomly resorts to mono playback only and doesn't always recognize outboard DACs Or ADCs something mumble and TeamSpeak can do easily with no question

Just a little sad to me

But it's young

Put something to play, open GNOME Settings > Sound > there is a tab for audio administration of individual apps, sometimes some apps are muted, others aren't.

Play audio with the apps you are having issues and check.

The other is a client thing

I will make the document later and link to it from the server doc
