64gb is overkill

Make boot 1GB at least.
Fedora tends to keep 3 last kernels there.

if you have let's say a file like /var/log/apache2/access.log that gets heavy you can just move it to home and make a symlink

[user@telegram ~]$ sudo du -sk /boot
12852 /boot
kernels don't reside at boot
they're on /usr/lib/modules
/boot doesn't need even 300mb
[user@telegram /]$ sudo du -sk /usr/lib/modules
148506 /usr/lib/modules

yep, i have 200mb
for ~22mb each initramfs, i'd say 1gb is still too much

I'd say that better have 1GB there than not.
Unless every MB counts.

on a 200gb drive, you could set /home reserved quota to 1% and "get back" much more than 1gb, so that's fair.
but i wouldn't make boot larger than 300mb anyway

I ran into many situations when even 512MB for /boot wasn't enough. Especially when you are experimenting with kernels.

Nah It works just fine for me at 500mb
If you make a research you will find plenty of Fedora won't upgrade, Anaconda claim there is not enough space, 1GB is required , 1GB for /boot doesn't hurt, sure later there will be some BS at /home using those other 512MB or even more as free space.

I dont need to research. It works for me. Im sure others have ran into issues Im simply saying its case by case.
I dont fall udner that catagory anaconda warns me of nothing.

If ive done it on 4+ machines so far with only a 512mb boo partition. It clearly isnt mandatory, is what I am saying.
Especially if you actually clean our your kernels every once and a while.

Darktable or Gimp. Gimp has a module to handle RAW files.
I'm assuming you're asking about Linux. In Windows or Mac should be Lightroom.
