Do it
I'd have to buy BeagleBone Black or find out if it's possible with RPi though: https://libreboot.org/docs/install/x200_external.html

yeah, but it requires me to take the laptop apart and connect directly to the bios die to flash it; knowing my handiness around that stuff I will have a nice x200-shaped paperweight after first attempt

Why traitors? Zanata is a service, Fedora use the service, but they don't own the service

Rather than attack here, let's find out why. What is it about Ubuntu that helps them. This represents a potential opportunity for Fedora. (See the new proposed mission statement)

I took it as a joke, but maybe I'm wrong. :-/
This isn't a CoC violation attack. My point is, even if this is a joke, explore the opportunity. This is a great way, potentially, to grow our community by enhancing what we do. We may also discover that Ubuntu provides them with an advantage we don't want to provide. In that case we can state our reasons in case we are ever asked so people realize this isn't a "bug" it's a "feature."

Zanata is a service that is used to translate software

Well, software afaik, maybe can be usted to translate other things

You're right, but if they chose Ubuntu over Fedora for any particular reason, it would be good to know it, so we could improve Fedora ;)

I actually have no clue what Zanata is.
It's an online service for translation. Specifically, fedora.zanata.org is used to translate software and help docs belonging to Fedora Project.

Eduard

I think that redhat support of zanata is young, so probably they will migrate either to fedora or to redhat

But a migration like that means outage, so it means planification

I mean, is a free software, you can download it and implement your own server

Michał

It's also possible that they just bought a dedicated servers from a hosting company and it had Ubuntu preinstalled already; if they're using Docker underneath then it makes no difference for them; so we would have to wonder why the hosting company chose Ubuntu

I'm.just kidding, but isn't an official site for fedora which is a branch of RHEL project ?

Btw, is python pre-insralled in fedora cuz I tried to type python in the terminal and it works, I don't remember that I installed python!
