Evolution or Kontakt. Evolution is simpler than Kontakt but Kontakt has many more features. Both work well in desktop.

Evolution worked well for me, mail, calendar and contacts all synced nicely with Exchange

Yes but the speed of performances comes from hips hops, they use C++ for big process in the server

Ofc no, I meant python can be used for almost everything (desktop, games, data science, robotics) while php just for web, they try building desktop framework but ppl say it was disaster
