I know it's possible. My former roommate installed Fedora 23 on his Surface but he had to do a few things to get it running on there. I couldn't remember what he did, but I just know that it's possible.

It's super affordable too. I'd only be paying $30, which is the same as my current plan. Thought I'd be paying more. Plus, unlimited international SMS is a bonus. WiFi calling rates aren't bad either.

Check out something called replicant os. Either it is from FSF or fsf endorsed. I have seen people use it and is really smooth

Replicant is the "real" FOSS Android.

Again not carved in stone yet, but it's very probable. I think it's pretty much ready in F24, but we didn't want to rush it. But you can already easily switch to it and use it in F23 and F24.

I would be using it in F23 right now if it wasn't for dragging and dropping not working.

Also Wacom tablet support.

In F24 it's much better, I use it on my home laptop all the time and I completely forgot I was running Wayland. Not sure if F24 already has Wacom tablet support, but it should be in F25.

But KDE is really awesome. According to me, GNOME is no way near to the UI components of KDE.

You need to install the plugin directly in the container, so it won't work with RPM-ed plug-ins.

So, they don't have any handlers for plugins? You can for example install, nautilus-gnome-terminal.plugin and do things? That is what I'm talking about.

I don't think there is any mechanism to install plugins right now. Unless the app handles it itself or you copy it to the container to some specific path where the app finds it, there is currently no way to install plugins.
