well not that openSUSE really has a default declared rn

but the board chain for openSUSE wants it to be I think.

?, Ubuntu just abandoned unity and obviously they will switch to gnome, but opensuse run kde as default, I doubt they will change that cuz kde is really good

Last time I installed OpenSuse it offered three different environments or server mode. So I don't think they actually have a default desktop.

Maybe embarrassing, but I applaud Canonical for putting their ego aside and focusing back on upstream projects. I look forward to seeing a large pool of talented Linux developers working on more of the same projects instead of fragmented on different but similar projects.

I tested in arch and it works preety well

Normally the issue is the lack of "default applications" but there also a lot of qt apps

So, you can sort it
