We are talking about: Command not found error, right?

I think your problem is PackageKit

Do you have PackageKit-command-not-found installed???

Hey everyone! Could someone point me into the way I can easily get Python 3.6 on Fedora 25? I can build it locally. But having it builded will definitely save me sometime. Thanks!
Isn't it installed by default? Well, if it's not search on repositories. "dnf search python" it will show you all versions available. From there you install the one you want.

3.6 only in Rawhide. Due update policy restrictions it will be never available at F25.
yes. dnf install python3-3<tab> gives the only option python3-3.5.2-4.fc25. for both archs

And I think that PackageKit is not translated, that's why you see it in 2 languages

If you send a command that can be installed (obviously not haha) it should ask for installation

I uninstall this package for a thing that is a security threat for me, but a feature for developers, so, I get just one message, the one from zsh

If it's worthy, you can configure it via CommandNotFound.conf file ( /etc/PackageKit/CommandNotFound.conf )

Hmm. Guys, is LXDE flavour of Fedora the most lightweight available? Except SOAS.
i3wm on top of a minimal install via netinstall + xorg + Hardware support + NetworkManager. I bet this setup at least will surpass the 100MB on RAM.

Seeing that Raspberry Pis are manufactured in the UK (being one of the few computers not from China/Foxconn), they seem to be a good fit for someone who wants to do computing ethically correct. Except for the boot firmware problem we have with every computer, does anybody know whether the Pi requires non-free drivers?

Awesome! Broadcom is the CPU, not the WiFi, right? I'm used to whenever I heard "Broadcom Linux problems" that it's about WiFi.

Not anymore really. But there is an alternative out there that is much better
Are you sure? Last time I've heard from that project they were manufacturing in China.

I'm all for free software and libreboot, but when it comes to comparing miserable work conditions with software freedom, I'd rather choose to support the company that improves the former. Now that is not to say that the EOMA68 project isn't something I'm excited to see, as it makes libre computing more affordable and with projects like EOMA68 being crowdfunded today (showing a great interest in this field of work), I can see a future with computers that are both libre and manufactured under humane conditions not so far ahead.

It says right there on the site. From $65 for the cheapest card to $1200 for the full-sized 3D-printed laptop.

It was a pretty big deal in 2016, I remember it being advertised in several Linux-related Telegram groups.

So I flashed the Fedora 25 ARM image on the Raspberry Pi 3 and it booted fine and I saw the GNOME Initial Setup screen, but I couldn't use the mouse or keyboard I plugged into the Pi. So I tried again, and this time it boots until udev and then the monitor has no input anymore.

Isn't there a specific Fedora for Raspberry?
Nothing official, as far as I know. I'd rather use the official ARM images.

Folks, I'm getting a very weird issue on my laptop related to Language and Region... I'm trying to configure it as "Deutsch Deutschland" and after loging out and in almost everything is in German, but in the configuration shows "English UK" and some programmes don't get updated, they're still showing their interfaces in English instead of German. Formats are fine though.

It's very easy to do so on Fedora. Just type dnf install langpacks-de and it will automatically install all required language packages (like libreoffice-langpack-de). https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/I18N/Language_Support_Using_Dnf

You are right by the way.. The bootloader wan't installed. I even turned of the Fast Boot mode from the BIOS and the Windows settings so that Windows doesn't interfere with the installation process

I almost sure that it is still Windows to blame... I'd look at installation logs, wherever are they stored. If that'd not give me a clue on what exactly is the reason, theb I'd try to install it at a separate media, like USB disk or a spare HDD, to cut off potential motherboard issue, while main (SSD and HDD, or whatever you have installed there) being disabled physically. In UEFI mode as well.

I was suspecting it was Fedora 25 misbehaving due to the underlying hardware; with the Nvidia graphic card and the issue with it's drivers.

When you start the Installer it shows a console UI for a few seconds. the numbers at the bottom are reachable via ctrl-alt-F(number)

One says "Log"

if it gets stuck, switch there
