You could install a server at home, out of the UK, or purchase a subscription from a provider. I use proxy.sh or Air VPN

when you're in the UK, you connect to your Spanish home server, and all your network traffic is encrypted through that tunnel, and exits at your home

Yeah, in UK you have to really prove it's illegal what you're doing.

Some other dude sets up VPNs over DNS... THEY LOOK LIKE DNS NAME RESOLUTION SERVERS!!!
