I have a problem) Fn keys on my laptop are won't working as whey working later (not all)
I use i3wm and all fn keys are configs manualy (some keys are hardware, keyboard highlight for example)
and before some update xev shows me strange info about some keys (sound up/down, backlight up/down): KeymapNotify event, serial XX, synthetic NO, window ... and array of keys where all is zero (only first element get random values)
Before fn keys get specific keycode as all keys on keyboard. I have no idea where is problem.

Why?
Last few kernels I've been having problems with CPU throttling due to my MacBook system fans not being seen by any sort of utility/kernel.
Makes my system pretty dang hot and I'm worried about battery life was wondering if you had installed to hardware direct and possibly tackled the issue if you came across it

@LianTianRong seems the fix I tried works, fans don't know how to ramp up yet they only just either full blast or off. Which right now I'm alright with so long as they're alive.

Broadcom always give problems. From what I know, I never used it myself.

Then update that system! That's why isn't working properly.

Have a question you want to ask Fedora? Join us on freenode at 18:00 UTC (1pm US EST) in #freenode-ama for an "Ask Me Anything!" session! You can ask us a question about Fedora, questions about contributing, how we use freenode, or something else you're wondering!

I fix problem =)
before I use keycode for binding in i3 config, now I use symbols
% xmodmap -pke | grep XF86Audio
keycode 121 = XF86AudioMute NoSymbol XF86AudioMute
keycode 122 = XF86AudioLowerVolume NoSymbol XF86AudioLowerVolume
keycode 123 = XF86AudioRaiseVolume NoSymbol XF86AudioRaiseVolume
...
keycode 122 not works, but XF86AudioLowerVolume works as it must
and I don't know why =(

I've received a .pdf file I was told I have to fill out. That means editing a pdf file. I'm used to read-only .pdf documents so far. Is there any pdf program that'd allow me to do both view and edit them no needing to do any other further action other than opening the file on my Fedora setup? If so, what's the program of your preference?

Justin

Apparently you can fill them with Acrobat Reader.
macOS' Preview app can also make annotations on it.

Albert

Isn't Acrobat Reader proprietary?

天荣
25.01.2017
17:16:35
It is but it's also one of the only ways to fill them.
I had to fill my school application in a Windows 7, IE7 equipped Windows machine, running the Adobe Acrobat plug-in.
It used some kind of disgusting ActiveX control to generate my barcode.
