Which default groups? So you mean cla_ done and cla_fpca? These groups just mean you accepted the FPCA I am afraid. Usually you need to participate to get in a non FPCA group to get initial permissions

Well, you didn't say what groups are you approved. If it's CLA that only means that you signed the agreement.

With Russian you have to learn th cyrillic characters. But the language itself isn't complicated. From what I see.
