this tells you pretty clearly to make from source

where is that repo from? its also for fedo 23.

No, your problems sits in that package you installed even when is for Fedora 23.

Then uninstall it, clean your system and reboot. I'm pretty sure it will work again.

I installed the Bumblebee drivers and CUDA from the Fedora 23 repo provided by NVIDIA
