I don't know of many that will do this because of the potential for abuse. You may have a very hard time finding a host that will provide something like this (and if so, then I am wondering what kind of things they might be "listening" to on your machine).

We are getting some big things this release, like Wayland By Default, the official Fedora Media Writer tool, Flatpak support in GNOME Software, Rust support, lots of cool new features in Cockpit (more for Fedora Server though), and I think Xfce is getting a big punch to a lot of its applications.

I think that might be more impacted by the desktop environment you use, if you're wanting more of a battery life from your laptop. Oh, but if you're using Xfce, that is one of the more lightweight ones…

The entire terminal app is ported to GTK3 finally and supports unlimited scrollback history, the power manager received a lot of bug fixes and translation updates, the notification daemon is also ported to GTK3, and the live image now uses Firefox by default (although the last bit likely isn't relevant unless you're trying things out).

Depends on the hardware too, I most likely suspect video decoding and not fully optimized drivers for my graphics card

This happened to me with Windows 8 and Fedora 23 & 24 (Cinnamon & Gnome Shell). I don't know Windows 10, never used it.
