Enable RPMFusion repositories, then install mpv and SMPlayer.

You can decrypt the Blu-ray disks by using libaacs and libbdplus

Gentoo's actually pretty good

But so is Ubuntu, tbh

I think it's weird that Fedora users add repos from random internet people

and then they run binaries from those repos

Like, do you know who's compiling that? lol

I think RPM Fusion is managed by ex-Red Hat people, but still, everybody should just be compiling their own packages, it's safer that way

It performs surprisingly well! I even tried it over Tor, video chat went spectacularly well

Can it replace Skype?
In terms of performance alone, I think it can, which is surprising!

And if I remember correctly, latency was pretty small

I think almost anything in performance can replace Skype. All of my experiences using Skype, on any platform, are always abhorrent.

@FacetiousFurry

Overall, very nice. Only remaining problems are ease of use and the fact that, by default, participants connect directly to each other (revealing their public IP address, which for many people can have varying levels of risk)

Hi Bob! I haven't used Fedora frequently in recent years, but I believe the files storing repo data will be in /etc/yum.d/

I could be totally wrong! :)

I think if you're asked "how can you edit the values inside", you can cut to the chase and tell them the path to the files they need to edit. After all, it is the Unix way

lol

Yeah. Most of the bugs I face are weird. Haha. Gladly somebody else noticed the prompting regarding the SELinux prompting had its solution in the alert.

Do you want to add a new repo, disable a repo...?
I just want to have a look over. Perhaps I've forgotten to erase a repository I no longer need, for instance.

The dnf repolist refreshed my mind. It's the Adobe repository what drives me crazy. If anything, Adobe is a flawed piece of software that may compromise my whole system a tad easily.

@FacetiousFurry - May I ask what GNU/Linux you migrated to?
