Nope, sometimes I really need to be sure that a package hasn't been tampered with by Fedora build servers or something, so I'd prefer to build from source. Tor is an example of something I would rather have built on my own box.

I already did. When I try to browse files from disk partitions, its just closing the file browser.

No, I mean... Use the right tool for it. File browser won't tell you if there are any errors, it doesn't check the disk

KDM is still available in repos, just not developed anymore. But we kept it there as SDDM is still not feature complete but it's developed upstream... Tough decision but I think pretty good compromise.
