If you're just talking a package or two, the easiest way would be to download the source rpm and rebuild it.

dnf download --source bash

would download the source rpm for bash

dnf builddep bash.src.rpm

Would install all requirements to build the package

And then "rpmbuild --rebuild bash.src.rpm" would build it
