Not quite, I want to know how big the chances are that a new (not yet available) package is granted into F24. Or whether new packages are never allowed into the current release for stability reasons.

Now you can build it for F24 and push to testing.

After 7 days in testing (or reaching positive carma treshold) you can push it to stable.
