I have a doubt, about to update fedora... My version actually is 21... I want to update to fedora 24 stable.
Fedora 24 isn't ready yet.  You will be better installing Fedora 23 from scratch and in a month, when Fedora 24 goes out, upgrading.  You can install Workstation (Gnome) or any Spin of your preference. ?

Yes, I was talking to some friends o=in other fedora's group and someone of them uses ubuntu and they said apt is faster than dnf on terminal. I don't know, I use zypper, and I when I use fedora's terminal I thought that was faster than opensuse's terminal.

Maybe you should look up who is the nearest server to you.  Or the one with less load at least.

it's expensive and our internet companies want us paying more without any increase of the quality on their services.

@GNUDebian did you put the reboot option in the last command?

Do you realized that there is a command that requires reboot, but I recall that somebody mentioned a way in order to not upgrade after de reboot, so you are able to see the whole process and still using your computer without rebooting it to start the upgrade process.

The upgrading, if you want it, may be without rebooting

But I don't remember how to do this.
