The point is that the metadata is outdated → local database shows that there is no Cutegram package. I need up-to-date metadata.

Thanks for the suggestions, however I want to try everything possible and bug everybody who's online before I restart. A UNIX machine should not need to be restarted in order to fix a problem.

Usually for stale locks, I Would have suggested. Though, this kernel big was fixed
