So it's not kde-connect itself but some other package pulling this dependency

The package from rpmfusion will take care of it

But, if you have a 64 bit install of fedora then the rpmfusion package will not work for steam applications

You have disabled any and all guis in that step so it wont display your login screen but just a terminal login instead
