This is the very first time i hear of chrome not being able to correctly render webpages. It is always Firefox that adds an extra pixel in tables, not chrome.

And as Backend and Frontend Developer i get in touch with all three Browsers mostly everyday.

chrome also "rounds" stuff like 0.1 em to 0.0

on certain zoom settings

so all of muh transparent buttons borders disappear

Because i guarantee you you either forgot a reset.css or you "fixed" your css for firefox first which of course will look wrong in chrome where it renders right

It not only looks wrong but it jumps around if you zoom in and then renders correctly. A browser should never miscalculate positions based on zoom
