Yumex is deprecated AFAIK. Dnfdragora is the new app, but nobody fix the bugs it has, so....

I used it once, long ago, broke everything, didn't use it again. I wasn't aware of the SELinux thing. But back in the moment I was disabling it, so... probably it didn't make much difference. ?

Well, some icons you have to download them from the website and install them manually. But still, in the end is System Settings.

Well, my personal experience is that it broke the system and messed my repos. But that was years ago and it's just my personal experience.
