There are those who understand tor, but rather in the torrc settings?

I see the Spins and Labs and other architectures.... Is that what you mean?
Ah, it's deleted now. In the times of F23 there was 'Fedora All'

Sort of wiki page with list of distros (workstation+all spins+rawhide+beta+all old versions)

Google

I thought it was there because it was last time I visited fedora website(now i always use media writer)

Why did they cut this list?

They made a redesign. You're still able to access the other versions but in separated links instead of a long list.

What shall I do if i found a laptop from mid 2000s?(just example) Where can I find old versions?

Also, if you really, really need simple fedora iso image, you can found F26 and F27 here... https://mirror.yandex.ru/fedora-secondary/releases/ It's a open source server of one giant corporation you probably don't know

Just for example, forget about this laptop

I'm using such a computer and it's running F27 with no issues. What for keeping old versions in store?

Fedora still offers support for 32-bits under "other architectures".

If you absolutely need older software, you can use CentOS

But I really wouldn't recommend running an outdated/unsupported version

Either one will work

I just personally use Cent

Pretty sure they get updated at the same time

And redhat owns both

So really it doesn't make a difference

Because of the 4 Foundations: Friends, Freedom, Features and First (meaning it has the last stable versions).

Also the repos are meh

Literally nothing beats fedora with rpmfusion

I use command line in Fedora just because the GUI tools aren't good enough.

It can never beat commandline :P

I don't have to get in the hassle of typing stuff and dealing with terminal.

I came from Gentoo so generally typing stuff directly into the terminal is faster for me than opening a gui program and getting it to do what I want

I don't like Gentoo. It's the only distro I never tried and I don't regret it.

What's the difference between opening one programme or another? In my case it's annoying. My memory is terrible in my Fedora laptop has a US keyboard that gets on my nerves 70% of the time. So I try not to write much stuff.

Why do you guys use Fedora? (General question to everyone)
lemme see...one of the reason is because i like the fedora principles, for example giving freedom to it's users, i like gnome itself, and fedora it's the distro with better gnome integration

i like the fact that fedora is always ahead the others (especially in developing new features)

and by the way, i don't like apt and i think canonical is quite arrogant at times

better to have a two weeks delay for a near perfect distro than have schedule respected but full of bugs

Ubuntu update, 1604, go 1.4 > 1.6

Broke all tls handling.

Left some applications broken for a full day on an old server we didnt migrate yet.

manually shoving in the ppa until we pushed centos on it finally gave some fixes.

You also constantly get apparmor alerts, ubuntu just doesnt show them.

Fedora gives you the dignity of assuming you are capable of understanding, handling or turning them off.
