Why does a web app need admin access?
logically - it doesn't, it's a data entry / data browsing software in a nutshell, but won't run if browser isn't run as Administrator and there's nothing you can really do
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HP_Quality_Center#System_requirements here you go

I can't remember if Flash is included or not, but after I installed that package, I was finally able to use Pandora radio again.
Or maybe late afternoon. I can't remember.
Not really Fedora-specific, but still technically Linux. I finally upgraded my phone to Android 8.0. Upgrading to a new major version always makes me anxious when I have a phone that's this far along in its life. Hoping my battery life isn't destroyed even more.

Ah, it requires an add on software which has to be installed on PC....I spent ten minutes wondering how a webpage could know about uses privileges. Then I finally decided to read your article.

this whole split is silly
the reason they can't track is because there's no way for them to know right away that they've gone out of sync
sadly, unlike how it works with SUSE and OBSes, you can't do tracking across instances and rebuild with those sources with different modes
partly because Fedora scrubs the sources, but partly because our build system doesn't export that information in a way that's easy to use for tracking that
it *is* possible to do, but it's not easy
on the flip side, every build *ever* is available from our build system
whereas they are discarded in the SUSE system

dnf list expects this options:
all available installed recent upgrades
autoremove extras obsoletes updates
So:

Nix?
It's like flatpak or snap. A distro agnostic package manager that sandboxes applications.
Copr available, for easy install.

Yes yes, I know. More standards.
If I do, I just reinstall the latest Fedora on the same partition.
All my files are on external drives.
