I've heard of that being an issue for some people before. It's sort of an inconvenient way to have to sign up, with a phone number.

Frankly I only tried Firefox dev edition, it was awful experience but I still use it as debugging browser for my projects, better than chormium at this tho.

That should do the trick as long as u already have flash installed in your machine

For FAmSCo: A wrong rule was set, that allow only ambassadors to vote. For FESCo: One person was selected to be voted, but still has its seat, beacuse it wasn't its time to leave yet
