Enable RPMFusion repository (both free and non-free) and install sudo dnf install gcc kernel-devel kernel-headers akmod-wl.

Nope. As far as I know, there are no official or unofficial instructions for Fedora. I had to build it myself. Wanted this look. https://github.com/PapirusDevelopmentTeam/adapta-kde/blob/master/README.md
