Why radeon is so bad?
amdgpu gets the official amd devlove, documentation and the community just provides improvements to it like a full on vulkan framework (radv) radeon was the nouveau-equivalent, Comunity-based reverse engineering.

I really hope it is supposed to work with PulseAudio, not instead of it
Since it has on its wiki that it wants to reimplement features of jack, alsa and pulse but with more precision, less problems than pulse and functioning from the start instead of "since poettering left"...

Pulse has been working great for years. Heck firefox had disabled alsa support for a reason.

Is there a list of supported graphic chips for amdgpu?

Oh and i'm happy to finally have a promising replacement for pulse, alsa, jack and co at the same time with much harder focus on making it work the first time and without having to start several audio backends to get ardour to work alongside chrome and co.

I dunno, pulse works pretty good to me. Remembering what we had before it, and having zero problems with it (not counting the quirks when I dock the laptop, but I think docking stations are arch enemies of Linux) I hope the next attempt will be at least as successful

You havent seen the pain that was pulseaudio when it came out then. Only when the feature-crazy main pusher behind it left the people had time to actually implement it to the state it is today.

And getting it to work in system mode so i can play two streams from a media server without ending mpd is still discouraged and explicitely not supported.

I did, and it still was better than "hardware mixer or only one application at a time" + applications which supported either alsa or esd, so choose which one will you use today ?

If you need to use that audio right after let pipewire handle it and send it to where its supposed to - it says to explicitely focus on professional applications so my guess would be realtime compat with jack's old ways.

It is much easier to manipulate with a lot of files for mixing if there is low latency.

No its not. you can select to install free or free and nonfree.

free only holds patent-encumbered things - ffmpeg and dpenedant things like telegram for example.

nonfree also holds closed source things like nvidia.
