П может сразу crystal, xp, rup, aup? Которые сразу с готовыми практиками, зачем мучаться?

как минимум xp - не уверен, что можно относить к готовым практкам.

Да и в crystal их не так чтобы много.

rup/aup - там всего много, я не представляю себе ситуацию, в которой можно сказать "у нас rup" и всем всё сразу станет понятно :)

Definition of Workflow Optimizing flow requires defining what flow means in a Scrum context.
