Yea, you can build a custom kernel.
FreeBSD doesn't support waydroid and anbox iirc.
Anbox only supports gnu/linux systems.

No. FreeBSD closed the mobile mailing list, but technically it still exists. Forks of FreeBSD like iOS and my personal project Potabi also use FreeBSD's code in mobile environments.
