Had an old Pentium 3 box that I ran Windows 7 on back in 2010, it didn't have a working ACPI implementation so I had to manually power off

I'm in United States and I use T-Mobile, and after 6GB of usage at full speed, I am limited to 128kbit/s on all network levels (including 3G and LTE), although certain services still go at full speed (and do not count against the 6GB limit to begin with)

well, same here, too, but after you use all that data, they give you unlimited, but capped at 128kbit/s, but you can use that on 2G, 3G, or 4G, whichever is available in your area

yeah, the telecom regulatory authority prescribes and mandates operators to use a minimum cap of 128kbit/s but rules are usually not imposed severely and operators don't follow them

and all plans with 3GB or more per month also add various video services (YouTube, Netflix, etc.) to that as well, but those get limited to 1.5Mbit/s, without regard if there is high-speed data left or not
