We do have a build target for that. However, the installer files and the livecd files end up duplicating a lot, which would increase the download sizes for everyone.

Since reactos is mostly for testing, it's best to keep them separate, an allow everyone to choose which version they want to test

The hybrid target is designed for when we burn CDs to hand out in conventions and such, where the download size doesn't matter.

among those things, are how to perform a shutdown, how to go into powersaving modes, etc.
